Content Guidelines

Describe your vehicle, location, and situation truthfully so providers can respond safely. Providers must represent their services, equipment, coverage, and pricing accurately. Misrepresentation may result in suspension.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or that invades another person's privacy. Do not upload photos containing other people's license plates, faces, or personal documents unless relevant to the job, and never post another person's payment or identity information.

Intake photos should show the vehicle and its condition or location to help the provider prepare. Do not upload unrelated images or copyrighted material you do not have rights to use.

Do not submit fake service requests, fraudulent jobs, or content intended to manipulate matching, pricing, or ratings. Fraudulent activity may be reported to payment networks and law enforcement.
